Create a to-do list app for high acuity to do items that generates a mobile notification every hour until the to-do item is cleared. The individual to do items should be no more than a simple small text input box Max 64 characters. And the user should only have up to eight to do items at a time. The items should automatically cancel at 24 hours with a notification asking to renew the item.
