Workout app that times that seconds it takes me to lift the weight and lower the weight. Voice controlled. I should be able to set the tempo for the lifting and lowering. No need to track anything else. Voice controlled. When I say up countdown should start. When I say stop stop countdown should start and first countdown should go away. Same for when l lower it.
