App that has a top section with the following text fields: Customer Name, Customer Address, City State and Zip, Customer Contact, Customer Phone Number, Customer Email.
Second part of the app should have buttons that when pressed either left side subtracts or on the right adds one, the app should show a counter of each button pushed. The button list is the Following:
Fire Extinguisher,
Exit Lights,
Hydrants,
Backflows,Sprinkler System,
Fire Alarm,
Smoke Detectors,
Heat Detectors,
Pull Stations,
Duct Detectors,
Boosters,
Pre Action / Deluge,
Standpipe,
Fire Pump,
Special Hazard System.
Next Section should be a drop down selector of Months and right above the button it should say "Inspection Due Date",
Next Section should be a multi line text field for notes.
Next section should have a Reset button and lastly a Save button that saves the entry with on a new screen within the app and has a name structure of a date stamped with fomatt of mm/dd/yyyy then "Customer Name" user inputted from the text field. This new screen should show the entries by name and each one is a button that when clicked opens a pop up that shows all the details.
Lastly at the bottom of the app it should have a Home button that takes you to the intial page, Job Walk button that shows the entries the user has saved and it should show all the info for that entry. The name of the overall app should 'Fire Sales Job Walk'
