Time of day with very large font, for a mobile app, no am/pm indicator, just hours and minutes, 12 hour format, with a secondary display of elapsed time and a start and stop button. Save state of timer and elapsed time to localStorage when app loses focus, reloads that data whe app is subsequently launched
